"WOW!!!! That's all I can say is WOW! We have 2 boys.....4 and 7....we have been to Disney before with them.....can you say NIGHTMARE!!! I scream at my wife....she screams at me....we yell at the kids....they yell back.....it's too hot......I hate the lines.....let's go back to the hotel and swim.....I am hungry......the lines are too long.....where is Mickey?? ....where do we go next.....this map is not right.....it's too crowded.....sound familiar??? Your ONLY mistake is NOT calling this company! I said to my wife this is going to be a waste of $$$! She said give it a shot....I did....boy was I wrong. This was the best $$$ we have spent in a long time! From the moment we met our concierge to the very end everything was taken care of from drinks for the boys, snacks for the boys, suntan lotion, first aid kit and they even cleaned my wife's sun glasses! We went on more rides with them then we could of from 9-5 by ourselves!!! They made the most memorable Disney experience for our kids that we will never forget! "We have used Suntastic Tours three times on extended family trips to Disney World and Universal Studios, and they never fail to amaze and impress us with their dedication to our enjoyment. On our last trip we used their services for four straight days (three at Disney parks and one day at both Universal parks), and it is not an understatement to say that the guides we had made the trip a rousing success. It is not just that they are able to get you onto all of the rides you could ever want to go on, but also the fact that they look out for you on every level. This was shown through their seemingly endless supply of cold water (especially appreciated since it was quite hot during our trip) and snacks, as well as their determination that we experience all that we wanted to each day, all the while keeping the desires of our “age-gapped” kids (6-14) and adults in mind. The guides almost immediately bonded with the kids in our group, and by the end the little girls were bordering on tears when they left for the last time. "They were AWESOME! My wife and 3 kids were all anxious about riding the scary rides. He patiently took each of them at their own pace and they all ended-up LOVING the rides. I was able to just go along for the rides and I didn't have to worry about kids whining or wasting any of our time. He knew exactly what to do to handle each person's anxiety. "Suntastic Tours is the best kept secret in Florida! I took my three young kids to Disney and without Suntastic it would have been FAR less enjoyable. Our guide was amazingly friendly (the kids fell in love with her) and knowledgeable beyond belief about both the parks and what was appropriate for the kids. When the kids needed a bathroom break, the guide knew exactly where the nearest one was. Went to sit down to watch a parade, she had blankets for us to sit on and umbrella to use for shade. And of course, not having to wait on long lines with three kids in the heat and humidity was the ultimate lifesaver. Kids wanted to go on a ride a second time? Whiz right in.
