"We took a Spring Break trip to Disney World this year. It was our first trip to DW. I had no idea what a bad time it was to go to DW during Spring Break because the crowds and lines are heavy. We were there for 5 days and used Suntastic for 3 of the 5 days. Suntastic made our trip. We were able to enjoy ourselves as a family when they were with us and did not have to get stressed out about itinerary or long lines. Paying Suntastic for their services was an investment in lifelong memories that one really cannot put a price tag on. Every penny I paid them was worth it. Our guides were wonderfully polite, energetic, and flexible. The guides were also completely knowledgeable about the parks, good shortcuts, and put together iteneraries for us that we could not have done ourselves, even with the unofficial guide books. The only low points of our trip were the days we did not have Suntastic guides with us. In the future I will go to DW for less days, but hire Suntastic every day we are there. "We decided to take the kids (ages 4&7) to Disney World over the Christmas holidays 2011. Some may think that’s completely insane and when we got there and I saw the crowds, I thought it was as well; that was before we met our concierge from Suntastic. We spent 7 days with them. We did all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Legoland. The owner joined us at Legoland on the last day and it was truly the greatest experience ever! I honestly could not have asked for anything more. I had no idea what to really expect. I knew Suntastic had a fantastic reputation but I wan’t exactly sure what would actually happen. My kids instantly fell in love with our concierge. They were more interested in them than us:). They were truly amazing with the kids, full of enthusiasm and energy. We let them take control. They had a stoller, snacks, knew where the characters were and when, there were no lines, we got on every ride we wanted and stayed away from the ones some of us were too small for to avoid disappointment. They even handed out ponchos for the water rides ahead of time! I really cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip and our concierge. It was a once in a lifetime vacation. "Suntastic Tours was unbelievable. Our time in Disney was limited to only two days, but they helped us make the MOST of it. We managed to do the better part of the four Disney World parks in just two days! They picked us up first thing in the morning and took us to the first of our parks, unloaded their mobile office (aka stroller) with all the cold water and snacks we would need for the day (including a 1st aid kit which I needed!). They knew exactly where to go, when, and with maximum efficiency shepherded me, my 70-something parents and my 11 year old child through the parks. They even rescued my sunglasses when I left them on one of the rides! They know pretty much everything there is to know about the parks, even showing us some of the hidden Mickeys! Without Suntastic Tours we would have still been standing at the entry of the Magic Kingdom goggle-eyed at the wonder that is Disney.
